LIC i.e. Life Insurance Corporation of India has brought a special offer for the renewal of the closed policy. In this, you can renew your discontinued policy at an attractive discount on penalty charges. For this, the company has organized LIC Revival Campaign 2023 (LIC Special Revival Campaign 2023) from 1 February 2023. This offer is available till 24 March 2023.
How much discount
According to the news, if the premium of your policy is up to Rs 1 lakh, then you are being offered a discount of up to 25 percent (LIC policy revival offer) on the charge for late fine. It will be up to a maximum of Rs 2500. Similarly, if your premium is between Rs 1,00,001 and Rs 3 lakh, then you will get a discount of up to 25 percent on late fine charges. Apart from this, if the premium is more than Rs 3,00,001, then a discount of up to 30 percent can be taken on the penalty charge.

What is the condition of LIC policy revival
LIC has said that the policy can be revived within five years from the date of first unpaid premium. The company has also said about this campaign that late fee will be charged at a flat rate of Rs 5 plus GST on all eligible NACH and bill pay registered policies of Revive in this campaign. Customers can also contact LIC’s WhatsApp service number 8976862090 for policy revival.
To use LIC’s WhatsApp service, save 8976862090 in your smartphone. Then open your WhatsApp and then search and open the WhatsApp chat box of LIC of India. Now send by typing Hi in the chat box. LIC chatbot will send you 11 options to choose from. Reply in chat with option number for selection of service you want. Then LIC will share the necessary details in the WhatsApp chat. Always message from the number registered in the policy.
