- If you want to check the status of the policy, first of all visit the website https://www.licindia.in/
- On the home page, you will see the option ‘Customer Portal’, after clicking on which you will be redirected to another page.
- Complete the registration process by clicking on the ‘New User’ option on the next page.
- For registration, you have to fill LIC’s policy number, premium amount, date of birth, mobile number, e-mail ID, passport or PAN number and gender details.
- After that click on ‘Proceed’ option and click on ID Password.
- After that login again using id password.
- Then you have to fill the online policy enrollment form.
- After filling the form, you take a printout of it and sign it and submit it to the nearest LIC branch.
After the complete process, again visit the official website of LIC and login by clicking on ‘Registered User’ option. After that enter your policy number and your policy status will be flashed on the screen.
