LIC said in a tweet, LIC Chairperson MR Kumar has launched select interactive services with policyholders on WhatsApp. Policyholders who have registered their policies on the LIC portal will be able to access these services on WhatsApp by texting ‘Hi’ to mobile number 8976862090.
