LIC: The country’s largest insurance company Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) is offering the facility of credit card.
For this, LIC has tied up with Axis Bank. You can apply for this credit card in two ways, offline and online. If you need to apply offline, you can go to the nearest LIC office. There you can apply for a credit card by giving the necessary documents. But, today we are going to give information about how to apply for LIC credit card online. To apply online for LIC Credit Card,
- First you have to go to https://www.liccards.co.in/ .
- When you go to this website, you will see the option of apply now on the right. You have to click on it. Now you will see a form which has to be filled and click on submit button.
- Fill the details like name, address, state, city name, pincode, email, nearest branch and phone number in the form.
- LIC is offering three types of credit cards. (1) LIC Platinum Credit Card (2) LIC Signature Credit Card (3) LIC Titanium Credit Card
LIC platinum credit card
- If you have a monthly salary of Rs 42,000 or an annual salary of Rs 5 lakh, then only you can apply for this card. Any Indian or NRI in the age group of 18 to 70 years can apply for the Platinum Card.
- Talking about the documents, then you must have a copy of PAN card or Form 60, Residence proof, identity proof, color photograph, latest salary slip for income proof or Form 16 or copy of IT return.
- You should have any one of these passport, driving license, voter ID card or Aadhar card in the residence proof.
Benefits of Platinum Card

Personal accident cover of Rs 3 lakh and air accident insurance of Rs 1 crore is available with Platinum card. LIC signature credit card
If you have a monthly salary of Rs 1.25 lakh or an annual salary of Rs 15 lakh, then only you can apply for this card.
Apart from this, personal accident cover of Rs 3 lakh and air accident insurance of Rs 1 crore is available with Signature Credit Card. Rest of the benefits and criteria are same as Platinum Card. LIC Titanium credit card
You can apply for this card only if you have a monthly salary of Rs 25,000 or an annual salary of Rs 3 lakh. In this card, if your card is stolen or lost, the insurance cover will be equal to your credit limit. Rest of the benefits and criteria are same as Platinum Card.
