1. It is very important for the pensioner to have a valid Aadhaar number.
2. Must have a working mobile number so that OTP can be sent.
3. Pensioners will have to register on the Jeevan Pramaan Portal of the government before issuing the life certificate.
Steps to register on Jeevan Pramaan App:-
1. First of all the pensioner has to download the Jeevan Pramaan Patra App of the government. After that new user will have to register.
2. After this process, the pensioner will have to submit his Aadhaar number, bank account number, name, mobile number, pension payment order. After that you have to click on continue option. After this an OTP will come on the register number of the pensioners. After receiving the OTP, fill it. It will have to be authenticated using adhaka. After that the user has to click on the submit option. After this, the proof ID will be generated.
3. Once the proof ID is generated, the pensioner can login using the app and other OTPs. After this, the pensioner has to click on the option of Generate Life Certificate. After clicking enter Aadhar and mobile number. After that users will have to go to the option of Generate OTP. Then the PPO number, name, name of the distribution agency will have to be entered. After that authenticate by scanning the pensioner’s fingerprint and iris using Aadhaar data.
4. After all this is done, the certificate will appear on your window. After this a verification message will come on the registered mobile number of the user.
