Liver Inflammation: Liver swelling is a problem which is called hepatitis in medical language. If it is not treated on time, it can be a serious condition. The symptoms of this liver problem appear gradually in the body. In liver swelling, there is irritation or inflammation in the liver tissues. Liver swelling can occur due to many reasons such as viral infections like hepatitis A, B, C, D, E, excessive alcohol consumption, due to fatty liver, due to autoimmune disease, due to toxins or some medicines, digestive system disorders and obesity, which causes liver swelling.

Bad diet also proves to be very effective for liver swelling. Intake of these bad foods in the diet like oily and fried food, high sugar foods, alcohol, processed and packaged food, high salt intake and red meat can cause liver inflammation. If you want to prevent liver related diseases and keep the liver healthy, then you should consume green vegetables, fruits, porridge, lukewarm water with turmeric, green tea and fiber rich foods in the diet.

If you want to keep the liver healthy, then consume 200 to 300 grams of Jamun daily. The antioxidants and flavonoids present in Jamun cleanse the liver and help in removing toxic substances.

Consume these herbs

If you want to improve the health of the liver, then consume Ayurvedic herbs. Consume Bhui, Amla, Punarnava and Makoy juice. Drink orange and lemon water on an empty stomach. Consume garlic. Drink green tea, it will benefit the liver.

Do yoga for liver swelling

If there is swelling in the liver, do Bhujangasana, Dhanurasana, Naukasana, Pawanmuktasana and Ushtrasana. These asanas prove to be effective for the liver health of children, youth and the elderly.
