Senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader Lal Krishna Advani has been admitted to Apollo Hospital in Delhi on Wednesday night. He has been kept under the supervision of Dr. Vineet Suri. His condition is stable at the moment. This is the second time within ten days that he has been admitted to the hospital. He was discharged from AIIMS on 27 June last month.
LK Advani is facing age-related health problems. Due to this, he is checked up from time to time at home. He felt uncomfortable at 9 pm on Wednesday night after which he was admitted to Apollo Hospital. Lal Krishna Advani has been away from politics and public life for many years.
Earlier, Lal Krishna Advani was admitted to AIIMS in Delhi on 26 June due to urine related problems. 96-year-old Advani was admitted to a private ward at 10:30 pm on June 26. He was admitted to the urology department due to urine-related problems. After several tests in the hospital, he was discharged after his condition was found to be stable.
On March 30 this year, LK Advani was awarded the Bharat Ratna. During this, he said that this is not only an honour for him, but also for his ideals and principles. Earlier in the year 2015, LK Advani was awarded the country’s second highest civilian honour, the Padma Vibhushan.
