Loan on Aadhaar Card: Many welfare schemes are being run by the Modi government for the countrymen. Special care has been taken of every section to start the schemes. In these schemes, care has been taken from students to employed and from farmers to businessmen. To promote the industry, the government also started the Prime Minister’s Mudra Loan. Despite this, people resort to names similar to many types of government schemes to commit fraud.

What is a viral post
Similarly, in a post going viral on social media, a loan scheme is being told in the name of the central government. In a post going viral on social media, it is being claimed that the central government is giving easy loans to all such citizens who have Aadhar card. These people can be given a loan of Rs 4.78 lakh through Aadhar card.

The truth told by the government
After fact-checking the viral post, PIB told that this claim is completely fake. No such loan is being given by the government. Also, PIB has advised people not to share such fake messages. It was said on behalf of PIB that thugs collect personal information of people on the pretext of government scheme, which makes it easy to break into people’s bank accounts.

Even before this, a viral message on Whatsapp claimed that unemployed youth are being given an allowance of Rs 6,000 every month under the Pradhan Mantri Berojgari Bhatta Yojana. Not only this, it was also claimed in the message that the registration for the scheme has started. When this was fact-checked by PIB, this news was found to be completely fake. Therefore it is important that before applying for any scheme etc., gather complete information.
