Existing customers of Tata Capital can easily apply for loans and obtain loan approval through the company’s WhatsApp chatbot TIA. This information has been given in the press release issued by the company. The company recently launched WhatsApp chatbot TIA. Customers receive various types of notifications through this chatbot.
A release issued by Tata Capital states that this chatbot is capable of providing customers with information related to their EMI, from updating customer records. The company has said that it is a very convenient medium and that is why SIPL has been launched on WhatsApp. The company says that it allows customers to apply for loans on the same platform and get approval.

What is the way to apply loan
To apply SIPL, existing customers have to save 7506756060 number in their phone. After this, you have to message by writing ‘Hi’.
From the menu, select ‘Swift Insta Personal Loans’.
After this, verification has to be done through ‘one time password’.
Choose the loan amount and wait for approval.
You will get immediate information about the provision of loan approval.
After following these steps, customers will be informed about the approved amount of SIPL on email ID.
