LPG Price Hike: LPG cylinder has become expensive, check the increased price from Delhi to Mumbai

LPG Price Hike From 1st October: The prices of LPG gas cylinders have increased from October 1, 2024. After the new change, the price of 19 KG commercial gas cylinder has become Rs 1740 instead of Rs 1,691.50 in Delhi.

LPG Price Hike From 1st October: Today is the first day of the month of October (October 2024) and on this first day itself there has been a big blow of inflation. Yes, on Tuesday morning, the prices of LPG gas cylinders have been increased. That is, from October 1, 2024, oil companies have increased the prices of LPG cylinders. However, this time also the increase in LPG cylinder has been done only in 19 KG commercial gas cylinders, oil companies have not made any change in the price of 14 KG domestic gas cylinders. After the increase in prices, now new prices have also come out. According to them, the price of cylinder in the capital Delhi has increased from Rs 1691.50 to Rs 1740 per cylinder.

If you look at the website of IOCL, the new prices of 19 kg commercial gas cylinder have been implemented from October 1 today. Talking about other metros apart from the capital Delhi, the price of 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder in Mumbai (LPG Cylinder Price In Mumbai) was increased from Rs 1605 to Rs 1644 in the month of September, then it has been increased once again to Rs 1692.50.

Apart from this, in Kolkata (Kolkata LPG Price) it was available till now for Rs 1802.50 but now it has become Rs 1850.50. Apart from this, the price of commercial cylinder in Chennai has been increased to Rs 1903, which was Rs 1855 till now.

Continuous increase in prices since July

The 19 kg LPG cylinder price has been increasing continuously since July 2024. On the one hand, on July 1, 2024, oil marketing companies gave the gift of LPG price cut and the price of this cylinder in the capital Delhi came down by Rs 30. But in the very next month i.e. August 2024, the 19KG gas cylinder became costlier by Rs 8.50. At the same time, on the first date of September, customers also got a shock and its price was increased by Rs 39 directly in Delhi.

No change in the price of domestic cylinder

While on the one hand there has been a continuous change in the prices of 19 kg commercial gas cylinders, on the other hand, oil marketing companies have kept the prices of domestic gas cylinders (LPG Cylinder Price) unchanged for a long time. The central government, giving a big relief on Women’s Day, had given a big relief to the consumers on 14 kg domestic gas cylinder. After this, the price of Domestic LPG Cylinder had come down by Rs 100. Currently, there has been no change in the prices of these cylinders since then and the price of a cylinder remains at Rs 803 in Delhi, Rs 829 in Kolkata, Rs 802.50 in Mumbai and Rs 818.50 in Chennai.
