LPG price 1 March: Before the announcement of Lok Sabha elections, the rates of LPG cylinder (lpg cylinder price hike) have increased. Oil marketing companies have updated the rates from LPG to ATF today, Friday, March 1. From today, LPG cylinders will become costlier by Rs 25.50 in Delhi and Mumbai. In Kolkata this increase is of Rs 24 and in Chennai it is Rs 23.50.
Today, this increase in LPG rates has happened in the entire country including Ahmedabad, Meerut, Delhi, Jaipur, Indore, Lucknow, Agra, Mumbai. However, the rates have increased only for 19 kg commercial cylinders. The relief given to 14.2 kg domestic LPG gas cylinder consumers since last August continues. There has been no change in this.
At what rate will the cylinder be available today: Today commercial cylinder will be available in Delhi for Rs 1795 instead of Rs 1769.50. In Kolkata, this cylinder is now priced at Rs 1911 instead of Rs 1887. The rate of commercial cylinder in Mumbai has now become Rs 1749 and in Chennai it has become Rs 1960.
Commercial LPG cylinder in Agra will now be available for Rs 1843 instead of Rs 1817.5 from today. 19 kg LPG cylinder will now be available in Jaipur for Rs 1818. In Lucknow it has now become Rs 1909 instead of Rs 1883. In Ahmedabad it has become Rs 11816. From today this cylinder will be available in Indore for Rs 1901. Earlier it was available for Rs 1876.
Domestic Cylinder Rates 1 March 2024: The price of domestic LPG cylinder is Rs 903 in Delhi and Rs 929 in Kolkata. Today on 1st February it is Rs 902.50 in Mumbai and Rs 918.50 in Chennai. Let us tell you that the prices of domestic cylinders were last changed on 30 August 2023. On March 1, 2023, the rate of LPG in Delhi was Rs 1103 per cylinder. After this it was made cheaper by Rs 200 in one go.
