- Open internet on your phone or computer.
- If operating from the phone, then go to the browser and open it by typing www.mylpg.in.
- On the right side you will find the photo of gas cylinders of gas companies. Click on the photo of the gas cylinder of your service provider.
- Now a new window will open, which is of your service provider.
- Now you will see the option of Sign-in and New User on the top right side. Click on it.
- If you have already created your ID, then you can log in to it.
- If you do not have an ID, then you will have to log-in to the website by clicking on New User and giving the necessary information.
- After logging in, in the window that will open, you will see the option of View cylinder booking history on the right side. Click on it.
- Here you will know how much subsidy has been given to you on which cylinder. You will also be able to see the details of how much subsidy amount has been given.
- If you have booked gas and you have not received the subsidy amount, then you need to click on the feedback button. From here you can also file a complaint about not getting the subsidy money.
