Madhya Pradesh DA Hike: The government has given a Diwali gift to the state employees of Madhya Pradesh. A 4% increase in the dearness allowance of government employees has been announced.
Madhya Pradesh DA Hike: Before Diwali, the government has given the gift of DA hike to the state employees of Madhya Pradesh. CM Mohan Yadav, while wishing the state government employees a Happy Diwali, on Monday announced an increase in the Dearness Allowance (DA Hike). CM Yadav said that it is the responsibility of the government to take care of the employees of the state. The Dearness Allowance will be increased by 4% to the state government employees from January 1, 2024 at the rate of 46 to 50%.

MP Chief Minister Dr. Yadav wrote in a social media post, “Dear people of Madhya Pradesh, on this auspicious occasion of Diwali, I extend my heartfelt greetings and best wishes to all the employees of the Madhya Pradesh government. I am happy to inform you that we have decided to increase the Dearness Allowance (DA) by 4%, which will increase the current DA payable from 46% to 50%. Dearness Allowance will be given to government servants at the rate of 50% as on January 1, 2024. The arrears will be paid in four equal installments in this financial year. Earlier, the increased rate of dearness allowance was made effective from July 01, 2023, the arrears of which have also been paid in installments.”
