Mumbai, State Bureau. The Uddhav Thackeray government of Maharashtra finally announced the unlock plan. Implementation of the new plan will start from Monday. The five-tier plan announced by the Maha Vikas Aghadi government has been prepared on the basis of weekly positivity rate and consumption of oxygen beds in the districts. Let us inform that for the past few days, there was confusion in the state regarding the unlock plan.
Level-5 districts in red zone
Level-1 districts have been given maximum relaxation in the announced plan, while keeping level-5 districts in the red zone, all the restrictions of lockdown have been maintained there. Those districts have been kept in Level-1, where the positivity rate of corona cases will be less than five percent, the consumption of oxygen beds will be less than 25 percent. In Level-2 districts, the positivity rate should be less than five percent and oxygen bed consumption between 25 to 40 percent, and in Level-3, the positivity rate should be less than five percent and oxygen bed consumption between 10 to 40 percent. Those districts will be kept in Level-4 and 5 in which the infection rate is still not under control. Of these, the corona positivity rate in Level-4 districts should be between 10 to 20 percent and the consumption of oxygen beds should be more than 60 percent, and in Level-5, the positivity rate should be more than 20 percent and the consumption of oxygen beds should be more than 75 percent. .

Local trains will start running normally in Level-1. But in Level-2, the decision will be taken only after looking at the health condition. Restaurants will open but rules will be different
Restaurants will be able to open in Level-1, restaurants will be able to open in Level-2 with 50 percent capacity. In Level-3, restaurants will be able to open on weekdays with 50 percent capacity till 4 pm. After that the facility of parcel and home delivery will be open. In Level 4 and 5, most of the restrictions will remain in force as before. Relaxation has been given for travel in Level-1, 2 and 3 districts under certain rules. But passengers passing through Level-4 and 5 districts will need an e-pass.
At present, no new guidelines have been issued for interstate travel. Apart from this, in view of the changing situation of corona in the districts, the disaster management committees there will be able to make changes as per the guidelines issued by the state government.
Let us inform that two days ago, Uddhav government’s Relief and Rehabilitation Minister Vijay Wadettiwar had also announced a five-level unlock plan in front of journalists. But in the plan announced by Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray late on Friday night, detailed information about the five-level unlock plan has been given. Shortly after Wadettiwar announced the plan on Thursday, the Chief Minister’s Office had issued a press release saying that no plan has been announced yet, only consideration is going on. The government had to face criticism from the opposition for this U-turn of the state government. For the last few days, the figures of corona infected in Maharashtra are continuously decreasing. Despite this, the number of active cases in the state is 2,07,813.
