Major accident due to stampede in Hathras (UP), 50 dead!

Hathras Stampede: A big incident happened in Hathras district of UP today i.e. on Tuesday. There was a sudden stampede in Bhole Baba Satsang due to which hundreds of people who reached there got injured. The death toll has crossed 130. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is taking information about the incident every moment. The Chief Minister has also given instructions to investigate the incident in depth.

A big accident has happened in Bhole Baba’s satsang in Sikandrarao of Hathras. On the other side of the event venue, about six feet below the road, there is a pit-like edge of the field towards the field. People kept falling into it in the stampede and died. There was water filled there due to rain. The soil of the field was also like a swamp due to being wet, due to which people could not move forward.

This is how the accident happened

A big accident happened after the satsang in Fullerai village located on the Etah road from Sikandrarao in the district. After the satsang was over, the crowd was stopped from one part to take out Baba’s convoy, then a stampede occurred. More than 130 people have died in this, many are still said to be in critical condition. In such a situation, this number can increase further.

Chief Minister gave instructions to provide financial assistance

Meanwhile, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is taking information about the incident every moment. CM has given instructions to provide financial assistance of 2 lakhs each to the families of the deceased and 50 thousand each to the injured. Apart from this, the Chief Minister has sent two ministers – Chief Secretary and DGP to the spot. A team has been formed under the leadership of ADG, Agra and Commissioner, Aligarh and instructions have been given to investigate the causes of the accident.
