Candidates applying for the posts of Manager should have a bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject from any recognized university with working experience. Whereas for the post of General Manager, the candidate should have Industrial Relation Management Degree or Diploma. MPMRCL Recruitment 2021: Salary will be like this
Selected candidates for the post of General Manager will get a salary of Rs 1.20 lakh to Rs 2.80 lakh per month. At the same time, for the post of DGM, the candidate will get a salary of Rs 70 thousand to Rs 2 lakh. For the post of Manager (Security, Legal, Finance and Account), the candidate will get salary from Rs 60 thousand to Rs 1.80 lakh. Selected candidates on Assistant Manager will get salary from Rs 50,000 to Rs 1.60 lakh.
