Which takes more time, due to this most of the passengers travel by cab, private vehicle or bus. There is good news for the passengers traveling from Gurugram to Faridabad. Now a direct metro will be run from Gurugram to Faridabad, which will have only 10 stations.

Gurugram is popular for IT hub and industries on one hand and on the other hand Faridabad is also known for industrial city. With the addition of metro between the two cities, traveling will become much easier for commuters. A total of 11 stations will be built on this route from Bata Mor of Faridabad to Gurugram, this route will be of total 32.14 km. A few days ago, Sudhir Rajpal, CEO of Guru Gram Metropolitan Development Authority and Garima Mittal, Additional CEO of Faridabad Metropolitan Development Authority, also inspected the metro station locations.
After this, he had visited from Bata Chowk in Faridabad to High Ware, Pyali Chowk, Anaj Mandi Road, Masjid, Jamai Colony, Gurugram Road and Pali. During this, the station mainly falling on Pyali Chowk of Faridabad was seen and it was checked that there is no problem here. The Chief Minister had announced 5 years ago about the Metro on this route. In the year 2016, it was announced to run a metro from Gurugram to Faridabad. After getting permission from the state government, DMRC started the work of making DPR on this route, later it was included in the DPR regarding the construction of the station at Pyali Chowk.

There will be a total of 11 stations between the two cities. There will be two underground and 9 elevators. A total of Rs 5900 crore is estimated to be spent on this scheme. It is expected that the construction work on this route will be started soon. Due to this construction work, development works between the two cities will also get a boost. Work on this route is expected to start in the year 2022. This is a big relief step for the passengers. As a result of which a lot of travel time will be saved for the passengers. Passengers who earlier did not travel due to the longer time taken to travel by metro. Now it will be very convenient for all the passengers that now they will be able to go directly from Gurugram to Faridabad.
