MP Solutions Portal:- Madhya Pradesh government has conducted MP Online Samadhan Portal Yojana (cm-helpline) to achieve the goal of good governance. Through this, ordinary citizens will be able to register their grievances through online and postal letters. Through this system, various complaints will be redressed in a transparent manner. This step of the Madhya Pradesh government is very important and will also curb corruption prevailing in government departments. There is now only one phone call gap between the regime and the citizens. The people of the state can also complain on the CM helpline 181, which is an important and far reaching initiative of the State Government towards further improving good governance. Citizens can register online through public grievance portal. For this, the public grievances will be able to fill up the details of the complaint by filling up their personal information on the MP Conciliation portal. Also, if there is any document of complaint, they can also be uploaded on the portal.



It has also been provided that the common citizens can lodge their grievances in writing. For this, through a letter, you can send your grievances to the Department of Public Grievance Redressal, on receipt of the letter, a unique public grievance number will be given along with filing of complaint on the conciliation portal and the complaint will be sent to the complaint by SMS on the mobile number mentioned in the letter or unique public grievance number will be sent through the letter in case the number is not there. ,

How to file an online complaint on MP Online Samadhan Portal Yojana 2020 portal First you cmhelpline.mp.gov.in/ the official website of the department Mpsamadhan will go on.
You should visit MP Samadhan Portal here.
Click “File Complaint” on the main page of the portal.



A list of guidelines will come as soon as you click “File a Complaint”.
Read the list and tick on I agree.
You will have a complaint application form as soon as you tick.
Fill in the complainant’s personal information.
Fill in your Aadhaar, mobile number email etc.

Select the department, district, panchayat etc. in the grievance registration form.
It is mandatory to write 200 words in the statement of the complaint.
If there is any document related to the complaint, scan and upload it.



Once you file a complaint, you must check all the information once.
After checking the application again, click on “File a public grievance” and submit your complaint.
After the complaint is lodged, you will be given a public grievance unique number.
From this complaint number you can see the status of your complaint.



After submitting this form, you will be contacted by the KM helpline number.
Under this facility, you can be contacted from 7 am to 11 pm.
This allows you to share your grievances or information with the public grievance department through this helpline.
