Passengers of Namo Bharat Train are now going to get 10% discount on their every journey. Yes, NCRTC has recently launched this new scheme under the Loyalty Point Program for its customers. In which passengers are being given discount on tickets purchased from Namo Bharat mobile app. Along with this, now Namo Bharat passengers will also get 10 percent discount on NCMC card.
What is NCRTC’s Loyalty Point Program?
Under the loyalty program, passengers will earn one point on every rupee spent on travel in Namo Bharat trains using NCMC card. The value of each loyalty point is ₹ 0.10 (10 paise), and the collected points will be deposited in the passenger’s NCMC account. For example, if a passenger spends ₹100 on travel, 100 points (equivalent to ₹10) will be credited to his NCMC account. This offer is available on any NCMC card. These points can be redeemed at the station’s ticket counter and the discount can be availed.

NCRTC has recently launched a loyalty points program, under which passengers get a 10% discount on tickets purchased through the ‘Namo Bharat’ app. This initiative of buying digital QR tickets through the app and giving discounts on the use of NCMC cards aims to not only provide financial benefits to passengers but also streamline travel with paperless ticketing and contribute to a clean, sustainable future.
The loyalty program is designed to benefit regular passengers of Namo Bharat trains, providing them with savings with every journey. Regular NaMo Bharat travellers can make their travel more economical by unlocking the loyalty bonuses accumulated with each trip.
500 Loyalty Points for New Users!
Travelers are encouraged to download the NaMo Bharat mobile app for a more efficient and comfortable travel experience. Every new user of the app gets ₹50 (equivalent to 500 loyalty points) upon downloading the app. Additionally, users can also earn an additional 500 loyalty points by referring the app to others. Both the referrer and the referee will get ₹50 (equivalent to 500 loyalty points) which will be credited to their respective accounts. All loyalty points earned are valid for one year from the date of credit, promoting regular, consistent travel and continued engagement with the app. The NaMo Bharat app is available for download on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
