Nepalese police fired indiscriminately on Indo-Nepal border, killing one; Border tension

Sitamarhi, JNN. Nepal Nepal Border Firing News: Nepal’s armed police suddenly opened fire on the people working in the field at Lalbandi Janaki Nagar Bodar of Pipra Parsine Panchayat of Sonbarsa police station area under the district. In which Vikesh Kumar, 25-year-old son of Nageshwar Rai, resident of Janaki Nagar Tola Lalbandi, died. Whereas, Umesh Ram, son of Vinod Ram, is shot in the right arm and Uday Thakur, son of Bindeshwar Thakur, a resident of Sahorba, is shot in the right thigh.

The Nepali police have taken Lagan Rai, the son of Vasishtha Rai of the village, into his possession. Whether or not Vashistha was also a victim of the bullet, information could not be found. The injured have been referred to Sitamarhi for treatment. At present, both the country’s police are deployed on Bodar. The condition remains stressful. The incident is of Narayanpur-Lalbandi Bodar. Nageshwar Rai, the father of the deceased said that our land is located in Narayanpur in Nepal. My son was working in the field on the same land. Suddenly Nepali police opened fire.
