The responsibilities of teachers will increase in the new education policy, but they will also get many facilities. They will neither be transferred unnecessarily nor will they be engaged in non-teaching activities. Appointment, deployment, service conditions and full empowerment of teachers are the first duties.
Teachers will be encouraged so that they can make the future of the country more beautiful and powerful. There will be accommodation on deployment in rural areas or more housing allowance will be given.
Transfer only in special case
The transfer of teachers will be done only under special circumstances for which the state and union territories will have a strict standard. All transfers will be under a computerized system in which complete transparency will be taken.
The appointment and deployment
will be scholarship based on merit, which will increase the interest of those studying for four years B.Ed. After studying in the merit based scholarship in rural areas, they will be given preference for local deployment. Especially women so that they can become empowered and self-reliant.

Children will have to develop emotional
Till now teachers were busy in such tasks which were not related to education. Now this will not happen. Teachers will be fully focused on teaching. It will be the responsibility of the teachers to train the children about the points related to social emotions. All round and professional development of children will now be the first objective of teachers.
TET will be strengthened The
Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) will be strengthened. With TET, preference will be given on the basis of subject wise marks in the National Testing Agency (NTA) examination. Teaching children in class will be shown but appointment.
Language style will be tested in the interview… Local language style will be tested in the appointment. So that teachers can know the mind of the children. Teachers teaching in private schools will also have to meet this standard.
