New Liquor Policy: From today i.e. from April 1, the new liquor policy has come into force in Madhya Pradesh. From today all the liquor shops in the state will be locked and permission will not be given to open new shops.

In Madhya Pradesh, the rules applicable under the new liquor policy will be effective from today, under the most important rule of this policy, “liquor premises” and “shop bars” operating in liquor shops will be closed from today, people will no longer buy liquor near liquor shops. Will be able to drink, will not be allowed to open new premises, there will be liquor shops at a distance of 100 meters from schools, colleges and religious places.
Driving license will also be suspended
Under the new liquor policy, there is also a provision for suspension of driving license, if someone is caught driving a vehicle after drinking alcohol, he will have to pay a fine of Rs.
