New Liquor Policy: From April 1, the new liquor policy has come into force in Madhya Pradesh. From April 1 all the liquor shops in the state will be locked and permission will not be given to open new shops.
Now about 2600 premises operated near liquor shops of the state will become memories for those people who used to sit here and drink jam, CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan has described April 1 as a historic day for Madhya Pradesh.
From April 1 the lock on the liquor court and liquor bar
In Madhya Pradesh, the rules applicable under the new liquor policy will be effective from April 1, under the most important rule of this policy, “liquor premises” and “shop bars” operating in liquor shops will be closed from April 1, people will no longer buy liquor near liquor shops. Will be able to drink, will not be allowed to open new premises, there will be liquor shops at a distance of 100 meters from schools, colleges and religious places.
Driving license will also be suspended
Under the new liquor policy, there is also a provision for suspension of driving license, if someone is caught driving a vehicle after drinking alcohol, he will have to pay a fine of Rs.
