New Ration Card Offline Application: Application forms are available for Ration Card and those who have not yet submitted, should submit according to their requirements! The Ration Card Online Form is available online and can be downloaded from the official portal of the State Food and Civil Supplies Department.
Different ration cards are available for urban and rural citizens! Till now, there is no online link available for submitting the application for issuing new Ration Card Process! Therefore, eligible citizens of the state are required to fill the application form in offline mode.

Documents required for Ration Card Online Form
All the applicants who are going to fill the application form for the Ration Card, they need to keep the following details and documents ready-
- Valid mobile no
- Aadhar card
- Pan Card
- Photo of recent passport size head of the family as well as all other family members
income certificate - Previous electricity bill
- Gas Connection Details
- Caste / Category certificate
- Photocopy of the bank passbook and its first page

Ration Card Application Form – Eligibility Requirements
Only eligible citizens will be issued a new Ration Card. Therefore, all applicants are advised to go through the eligibility criteria before submitting the application form (Ration Card Online Form) for issuing new ration card. - Applicant should be a permanent resident of the state
- Applicant should come from BPL family!
- The ration card criteria will be slightly different for rural and urban areas!
- Ration card will be issued only in the name of the head of the family (age must be 18 years or more)
