New Delhi. Now the number of domestic LPG gas cylinders has been fixed for the customers. According to the new rule, now customers will be able to buy only 15 cylinders in a year. No customer will be given more than 15 cylinders in a year. Apart from this, customers will be able to take only two cylinders in a month. Customers will not get more than 2 cylinders. Till now there was no quota fixed for the month or year to get the cylinder.

According to the news of Moneycontrol, according to the new rule, now the number of 12 subsidized cylinders in a year will be 12. If you buy a cylinder more than this, then subsidy will not be available on it. The rest of the cylinders will have to be bought by the customers without subsidy.

Because of this the new rule came
According to the report, changes have been made in the software for rationing. These rules have been implemented. The special thing is that these new rules have been implemented because there was a complaint for a long time that due to the domestic non-subsidized refill being cheaper than commercial, it was being used more there. Due to which rationing has been done on the cylinder.

Cylinder can be expensive
The price of LPG may increase from October 1. The price of natural gas can be increased in the review of prices to be held on October 1. The price of gas is decided by the government once in every 6 months. The government does this every year on 1 April and 1 October. The price of gas is based on the prevailing prices in the country of its surplus. Apart from this, the price of CNG can also be increased. LPG and CNG are made from natural gas only.

Commercial cylinder was cheaper
Last month, the price of a 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder was reduced by Rs 36 to Rs 1,976.50. Commercial LPG cylinders are used for hotels, restaurants and other commercial purposes. This was the fourth cut in the commercial LPG price since May. Overall, the prices have come down by Rs 377.50 per cylinder. Apart from this, there has been no change in the price of LPG gas used in domestic cooking.
