But the department says that there are some people under this scheme, who are taking advantage of it despite having sari facilities.

Bihar’s Panchayati Raj Minister Samrat Chaudhary says that the review is going on in all the blocks of the state. Under this, those who have a pucca house, a car and all the amenities are available in the house, and still they are taking advantage of this scheme, action will be taken against them. After this their ration card will also be closed.
On the other hand, an official of the department said on the condition of anonymity that this time the government has become strict about this subject. Preparations are underway to match people’s Aadhar card linked bank accounts, purchases of vehicles and other items. If verified during this time, recovery can be done along with closing the card.
