New Delhi. India’s semi-high speed train Vande Bharat Express is connected to almost all major cities. Due to the facilities provided in Vande Bharat, it has become very easy for people to travel by train. But, due to high fares, a large section of people are still not able to travel by this train. Keeping this in view, the Central Government has decided to bring budget friendly ‘Vande Sadharan’ train. These trains aim to provide economical travel to budget conscious passengers.
However, no official information about the name has been given. There are preparations to run Vande Sadharan on such routes, on which there is more movement of migrant laborers and there is heavy crowd in the trains. For this, Railways has also conducted a survey. Let us tell you about the facilities of this train.
A total of 24 coaches will be installed
Official sources of Railways say that the process of making this train has started at Integral Coach Factory (ICF), Chennai. It will be ready in the next few months. It will have all second class coaches. Therefore, its fare is also expected to be low. There will be a total of 24 LHB coaches in these trains and two engines will be installed.
Vande Bharat like facilities will be available
The train will have 24 LHB coaches which will be designed with features like bio vacuum toilets, passenger information system and charging points. Besides, CCTV cameras will also be installed in it for security. Apart from this, there will also be an automatic door system. The biggest feature of these trains will be that the speed of these trains will be higher than Mail and Express and stoppages will also be less. Like Vande Bharat, it will be provided with automatic doors, which will close before the trains start running.
How much will the rent be
These trains have been specially designed keeping in mind the poor class of people. Due to which this train will be very cheap in terms of fare. However, there is no official information about it yet. Railways has designed the new Vande Bharat trains to meet the needs of the common man with cheap fares.
