According to the department, train number 22488-87 Vande Bharat Express train from Amritsar will run from January 6, which will run 6 days a week. The train will stop at Beas, Jalandhar Cantt, Phagwara, Ludhiana and Ambala on the way, in which there will be 8 rakes. The train will leave from Amritsar at 8.20 am and reach Beas at 8.50, Jalandhar Kaid at 9.30, Phagwara at 9.45, Ludhiana at 10.18, Sahnewal pass, Ambala at 11.36 and Delhi at 13.50, which on return will leave from there at 3.15 and reach Ludhiana at 6.36.
Vande Bharat Express train number 22478-77 running from Katra will run from January 4, which will have 16 rakes. The train will leave from Shri Mata Vaishno Devi at 6 am, reach Jammu Tawi at 7.15 am, pass Sahnewal at Ludhiana at 10.28 am, reach Ambala Cantt at 11.46 am and New Delhi at 2 pm and will return from there at 3 pm, reaching Ludhiana at 6.20 pm.
