The wait of the people of Rajasthan is going to end soon. Vande Bharat Express train will start from Jaipur to Delhi in the first week of April.
Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav, who reached Jaipur station by Shatabdi Express on Sunday, said – Vande Bharat Express prepared in special design will reach Jaipur on March 24. After its trial run here, the facility will be started for the general public in the last week of March or the first week of April.
The biggest advantage of running this semi-high speed train will be easy and time-saving journey to Delhi. Currently Shatabdi takes 4:45 hours to reach Delhi, Vande Bharat will reach in just 1:45 hours.
Trial run will start soon
Vaishnav said- Double decker train runs on Jaipur and Delhi route. In such a situation, the height of the electricity wire is a bit high here. Because of this, the Vande Bharat train has been redesigned for the Jaipur-Delhi route. Along with this, the employees of Rajasthan have been sent to Chennai for special training. He will soon come to Jaipur after completing the training.
He said- On Sunday, I have also reviewed the preparations regarding the maintenance of Vande Bharat train at Jaipur station. All the preparations have been completed. The promise I had made to run Vande Bharat train from Jaipur will be fulfilled soon. Along with this, the rate and route of Vande Bharat train will also be released soon.
Railways is spending 9000 crores in Rajasthan
Ashwini Vaishnav said- Railways has given many new projects to Rajasthan. Renovation of 82 railway stations of the state is being done. These will be developed on the lines of world class stations in the next few times. Vaishnav said- From 2009 to 2014, there was a budget of only Rs 600 crore for Rajasthan Railways.
After the coming of the Modi government, its 14 times 9 thousand crore budget is being spent for the Rajasthan Railway Project. Along with this, railway is continuously working on many routes. New stations are being built. So that the development of Rajasthan can be given more speed.
Railway Minister asked the problems of the passengers
Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav reached Jaipur railway station by Shatabdi Express at around quarter to eleven on Sunday morning. During the journey, he suddenly reached the passenger compartment. Started asking common passengers about their problems. Passengers were questioned about the basic facilities like food and toilet being provided in the train. Passengers informed that everything is fine.
On the other hand, BJP leaders and railway officials welcomed him at the railway station. After this, inspected the station. From here, at 12:30 pm, the Railway Minister reached the Brahmin Mahapanchayat located at Vidyadhar Nagar. He left from here around 2 pm. Inspected Khatipura station at 2:30 pm. Here, inspected the carriage and wagon depot and came to know about the problems of the railway station. After this, left for Delhi from here.
Know- how much time will it take and what will be the fare
16 coaches, 1196 passengers will be able to travel
Vande Bharat has 16 passenger cars, in which a total of 1,196 passengers will be able to travel. The seating arrangement in a passenger car will be 3X2 and will have 78 seats. In the middle of the train, two bogies will be of executive class, in which the seating arrangement will be of 2X2 and 52-52 passengers will be able to travel.
How much will be the fare?
There will be two types of coaches in this. One executive class and the other chair car. Presently, the fare of chair car of Vande Bharat train running from Delhi to Varanasi is around 1800 and that of executive coach is more than 3 thousand rupees.
In this Rs 1120 base fare, Rs 40 reservation charge, Rs 45 super fast charge has been added. Apart from this, Rs 61 will have to be paid for GST and Rs 364 for catering charges. IRCTC’s catering charges will be included in the Vande Bharat Express train fare.
However, passengers will not be given the option of not taking food. The fare from Jaipur to Delhi is almost fixed. It is estimated that the fare for chair car can be as low as Rs 800 and for executive it can be up to Rs 1800. This includes reservation, superfast, GST and catering charges.
Coaches will be like this
Chair: Vistadome coach will also be included in this. The chair will be revolving i.e. you will be able to rotate your chair in the same direction in which the train is running. This chair can rotate 180 degrees.
Automatic slide doors: Doors will be automatic like metro. The stations will open and close on arrival. Beep will sound before opening and also before closing so as to alert the climbers.
AC Coaches: The train will be fully air conditioned. Like the metro, the train will have a central that will maintain the temperature of the entire train.
Temperature controller: Each coach will have a control button to control the temperature. Along with this, there will be a switch to control the cooling near your seat.
Display Board: Every coach will have a display board. As soon as the next station arrives, it will be announced. Emergency numbers and necessary information will also be displayed on the display board. Along with this, there will also be an announcement speaker.
Mini Pantry: There will be arrangement of breakfast in the train for the passengers. Like flight, the ticket for executive class will also include the rate of pantry and food.
