The Railway Board wants to know the feasibility of the route and other information of Vande Bharat Express trains before starting operations, for which a report has been sought.
Vande Bharat Express Train: Railways is going to increase the number of the country’s fastest Vande Bharat Express trains in Bihar. In the coming days, the state may get new Vande Bharat trains. For this, top railway officials have sought information. Not one, but 4 Vande Bharat trains can be run from Muzaffarpur, the main city of the state. A feasibility report will be prepared for this. On the instructions of East Central Railway (EC), Sonpur division has started the process.
A report has been sought from the manager of Muzaffarpur Junction railway station. For about 15 days, the officials and employees of the operating department along with the commercial department at the station will study and prepare a report, which will be sent to the headquarters. In this report, all kinds of information related to the possibilities and needs of running Vande Bharat trains will be collected.
Vande Bharat train can be run on these routes
For your information, Sonpur division had sent a proposal to the railway board through PUMRE for the operation of Vande Bharat Express from Muzaffarpur to New Delhi, New Jalpaiguri, Howrah and Banaras. Now the railway board has accelerated the process of its operation. Before the operation, it wants to know the feasibility of Vande Bharat Express, for which a report has been sought.
Feasibility report will make the path easier
Feasibility report is a study which is done to determine whether a proposed project or business idea is practical or not. In this report, aspects such as technical, economic, legal and timeliness etc. are analyzed. This decides whether the project will be successful or not.
Information will also be taken from railway passengers
In the feasibility report, it will be seen whether there is a demand for Vande Bharat train at Muzaffarpur junction or not. If yes, then for which area is the demand. Will the operation of Vande Bharat affect other trains as well. Railway will also prepare a report related to fare. This report will be prepared in a confidential manner. In this, apart from the people who came on PRS, the opinion of the passengers present on the platform will also be taken so that there is no problem in the operation of Vande Bharat Express.
