Delhi-Dehradun Vande Bharat: At present 15 Vande Bharat are being operated in the country. Now soon Vande Bharat will start running on another route. According to reports, Vande Bharat will start operating between Delhi and Dehradun in Uttarakhand from next month. With the commencement of Vande Bharat, people will get a luxury train to reach popular holiday destinations. Along with this, people going towards pilgrimage places will also be able to enjoy this train. The Delhi-Dehradun route is one of the best tourist routes in India.

Many trains still run between Delhi-Dehradun but their travel time is slightly longer. With the commissioning of Vande Bharat, this journey can be completed in less time. The distance between Delhi-Dehradun is 315 kms. Vande Bharat will take about 5 hours to complete which. Meanwhile, it will stop at only a few major stations.

Where will be the stoppage

No official information is available about where the train will stop. However, it is being speculated that it will have stops at some major stations. This train will run from Delhi and reach Uttarakhand via Uttar Pradesh. Meanwhile, it may have stops at Meerut, Muzaffarnagar, Roorkee and Haridwar. In this way Delhi-Dehradun Vande Bharat will stop at 4 stations in between. This will make it easier for people to reach Haridwar and other tourist places of Uttarakhand.

What will be the timing

This train will cover its journey in about 5 hours. According to reports, this train will leave Delhi at 5 pm and reach Dehradun at around 10 pm. This train will leave Dehradun at 8 am and reach Delhi by 1 pm. It is possible that this train will be the 16th Vande Bharat of the country. However, preparations are on to run a Vande Bharat between Ranchi and Patna as well. It has to be seen which of these is started first.

What will be the fare?

Expect a one-way ticket for Delhi-Dehradun Vande Bharat AC chair car to cost Rs 915. Whereas, the ticket for the executive chair car can be priced at Rs 1,425. Vande Bharat ticket on this route is expected to be less as compared to other routes as this route will be shorter than the rest.
