Vacancy details
Under the registration process of this recruitment, the National Investigation Agency has released vacancies for a total of 40 vacant posts. Of these, there are 7 vacancies for Assistant posts, 24 for Stenographer Grade I and 9 for Upper Division Clerk.
Qualification required for application
For Assistant posts, candidates must have a graduation degree from a recognized university/college and must also have passed the computer proficiency test prescribed by SSC. Also, there should be 6 years of service in the grade awarded after appointment on regular basis at Level 5 in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre/department.
Candidates applying for Stenographer Grade I posts must have graduation degree and computer proficiency. They should have 6 years of service in the grade awarded after appointment to the post on regular basis at Level 5 in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre/department. Along with this, there should be 10 years of service in the grade awarded after appointment on regular basis in Level 4 or equivalent in the pay matrix in the parent cadre/department.
Apart from this, the stenography speed for these posts should be 100 words per minute for 10 minutes. Whereas, on computer, one should be able to do English typing at a speed of 40 words per minute and Hindi typing at a speed of 55 words per minute.
Age Range
The maximum age limit as on the last date of receipt of applications for appointment by deputation to these posts has been fixed at 56 years.
You will get this much salary
Candidates who qualify for the posts of Assistant and Stenographer Grade I can get a salary ranging from Rs 35,400 to Rs 1,12,400 per month under Level 6 in the pay matrix.
The salary of the candidates selected for the posts of Upper Division Clerk will be in the range of Rs 25,500 to Rs 81,000 per month under Level 4 in the pay matrix.
