Tender will be issued after approval
It is expected that the ministry will approve the project by including some conditions. Please tell that the route of Greater Noida Extension will be 14.95 kilometers. It includes nine stations from Sector-51 station to Knowledge Park of AQUA Line. According to the information, the work of the project is to be done in two phases. In the first phase, the work of 9.1555 kilometer corridor will be done. It will be from Sector-71 to Sector-2 of Greater Noida. According to NMRC officials, tender will be issued for its construction as soon as approval is received from the central government.
The budget for the construction of the first phase has been increased.

Let us tell you that the budget for the first phase of work has also been increased a few days back. The cost of the project for the first phase was estimated at Rs 491.99 crore. But later the budget has been increased to 563 crores. Whereas, the budget of the entire corridor is Rs 2456 crore.
