Actually, since the government has closed the government pension scheme, lakhs and crores of people have enrolled in the National Pension Scheme. Now for the convenience of NPS subscribers, the National Pension System Trust (NPST) has started WhatsApp service, so that they can get the solution of the problem sitting at home.

It is worth noting that the National Pension Scheme i.e. NPS is a scheme of the government, which is operated by the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA). NPS is a low-cost investment product that provides returns on the market conditions. In this, the subscriber also gets tax exemption. In this, any citizen of India (both resident and non-resident) can open his account from the age of 18 to 65 years.

How to use NPS WhatsApp Number
- For this, first you open your WhatsApp account and send Hi message to the given WhatsApp mobile number.
- Now a list of Queries will open in front of you.
- In this list tap on the question related to your problem, contribution, eNPS, Exit etc.
- If your problem is not found in this list then you go to ‘Need More Help’ option.
- Now you will get a reply from NPS Trust in this regard that ‘Please email your query to grievances@npstrust.org.in ‘ or you can call us on 011-47207700.
- If you need more help than this, you can call 022-2499 3499. This number is of eNPS NSDL helpline.
