According to the latest media reports, a delegation of the Electricity Board Employees Union, headed by the Union General Secretary and President, met the CM and discussed the restoration of old pension. During this time, CM Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu has assured the Electricity Board Employees Union that the old pension of the Electricity Board will be restored in the month of October. NPS shares of employees will also not be deducted from the month of October. CM said that now old pension will be implemented in the Electricity Board without any delay. The organization says that if the old pension of the Electricity Board employees is restored, then the employees will give a grand welcome to the Chief Minister in the state convention.
State convention will be held at the end of October
