An X user wrote in the post that his OnePlus 9 Pro smartphone was declared dead by the service center due to a software glitch. Not only this, if the user is to be believed, the service center people told the cost of changing the motherboard of the device as Rs 27 thousand. Similarly, a OnePlus 10 Pro user was also facing problems of lag, heating and shutdown in the phone.
The user told that he also tried tricks like heart reset, battery cycle and holding the power button to fix the phone, but his phone did not respond. When the phone was taken to the service center, the user was told that the motherboard of his phone was dead.
Recently so many OnePlus 9 and 10 series users have reported that their device’s motherboard is getting dead and no support is being provided by OnePlus in this regard!

Another OnePlus 10 Pro user X has mentioned his bad experience in the post. According to the user, after downloading the software update, his phone stopped responding. Also, the phone stopped charging. The service center also declared the motherboard of this phone dead and asked for Rs 42,000 to fix it. Many OnePlus 9 Pro and 10 Pro users around the world are facing this type of problem. The company has not yet given any official statement in this regard.
