The Income Tax Department has fixed 31 March 2022 as the last date for linking PAN card with Aadhar card. If you do not link your Aadhar card with PAN card in the meantime, you may have to pay a fine.
Apart from this, your PAN card will also become inactive. If you do not link the Aadhar card with the PAN card by this deadline fixed by the government, then you can be fined up to a maximum of Rs 1000.
In such a situation, you should get your Aadhar card linked with PAN card as soon as possible. Those who do not get this work done by 31 March 2022, their PAN card will be invalid.
