1. If PAN card is lost, do this work immediately

If your PAN is stolen, immediately file a police report. Also, inform the Income Tax Department and the bank about it.
2. It is illegal to have more than one PAN card
Many people make more than one PAN card by mistake or intentionally, but doing so is a legal offense. The Income Tax Department can impose a penalty in such cases, which can be up to Rs 10,000.
