People who have PAN card but if they have not yet linked it with Aadhaar card, then such people can link PAN with Aadhaar by paying 1000 rupees.

If one does not link PAN with Aadhaar card by the stipulated date then the PAN card will become invalid. In this case, you can link PAN with Aadhaar card online by paying only Rs 1,000. To link PAN with Aadhaar card, you have to visit the official website https://www.incometax.gov.in/iec/foportal/ for filing income tax returns.

After that you have to login there. If you do not have an account there, then you will have to create a new account using the PAN card. Note that the user ID for login will be your PAN number. Similarly, Aadhaar and PAN can also be linked through utiitsl.com or egov-nsdl.co.in government websites.
