Paneer Recipe: What to make for food on any good occasion becomes a big problem, and some people ask from outside, but some people like to eat at home, but now you can make a testy meal like that at home. For that, you need some essential goods which are as follows.
Paneer Recipe: Delicious paneer vegetable now made in easy way at home
300 grams of paneer –
2 cut onions into square pieces
1 (150 g) capsicum –
3 (250 g) Tomatoes –
2 green chillies –
10-12 Cashew nuts
2-3 tbsp oil
2-3 tbsp coriander leaves ( finely chopped)
1 pinch asa may –
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/3 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder –
1 tbsp kasuri methi –
1 tsp ginger paste –
1/4 tsp less than garam masala –
1/4 tsp red chilli –
1 tsp or salt to taste –
30-35 minutes
Cut the paneer into 1 inch square pieces. Wash the capsicum thoroughly. Remove the seeds and cut it into square pieces. Pour 2-3 tsp of oil into the pan and heat it, put the paneer pieces in the hot oil and take it until lightly brown. When the paneer pieces are light brown from the bottom, turn them over and let them be light brown from the other side. Remove the paneer pieces in the plate when you are on both sides.

Add the capsicum and onion pieces separately in the pan and fry till it is slightly crushed. Cover the capsicum and cook for 1 minute. Remove the roasted capsicum in the plate. Even before the onion is golden, fry it and leave it in the plate with capsicum. Prepare the fine paste of tomatoes, green chillies and cashew nuts.
Add 2 tbsp of oil to the pan and heat it. When the oil is heated, add cumin seeds and fry it. After roasting the cumin seeds, add hing, turmeric powder, corianyan powder and kasuri methi and fry the spices lightly. Then add ginger paste, tomato, green chilli and cashew paste and red chili powder and fry the spices until the oil floats over the spices.
After roasting the masala, add salt, garam masala and mix 1/2 cup. Pour 2 cups of water. Add paneer cubes, capsicum and onion and a little green coriander and mix well. Cover the vegetable and cook on a slow flame for 4-5 minutes so that all the spices in paneer and capsicum and onion are well-absorbed. Check the vegetable. The chatta paneer is ready. Remove the vegetable in a cup.

Put the choppy paneer with green coriance and decorate it. Serve and eat the lazawab paneer in taste with incandescent chapati, paratha, non or rice. In lieu of cashew nuts, poppy seeds can also be put between melons, cream.
