How many passport verifications come daily?
Police verification can be done sitting at home. To get a passport, police verification is sent to the police station related to the passport office. In which information about the person’s criminal history and other information is sought. If we talk only about Modinagar, Muradnagar, Niwari and Bhojpur police stations, then 30 to 40 passport verifications come daily.
What was the rule earlier?
Earlier, the rule was that the policeman used to call the person to the police station. The person had to go to the police station and give his documents, photos etc. In such a situation, their time was also wasted, but now this system has been changed in Police Commissioner ate Ghaziabad.
Each beat constable has been given the responsibility of getting passport verification done at home. The beat constable will take the verification from the police station and go to the person’s house, and will verify it on the spot and submit the documents to the police station. This work has also started in Modinagar Circle.

In this regard, Modinagar ACP Gyan Prakash Rai said that the beat constable has been given the responsibility of passport verification. Verification has also started by going to people’s homes. Police station in-charges have been informed about this.
