New Delhi. There is good news for those who have applied for passport. If for some reason your file is stuck in the office, i.e. it is on hold and you are not getting an online appointment for its disposal, then there is no need to worry now. You can get the solution directly by going to the passport office. Know its easy way.
Regional Passport Office Ghaziabad has started walk-in for the convenience of the applicants. That means the applicant can go directly and get the hold file of his passport resolved without any appointment. Passports of 13 districts of Western Uttar Pradesh are made in this office.
According to Regional Passport Officer IFS Anuj Swarup, those applicants who have applied for passport on or before 30th April, but due to some reasons their file is still pending, such applicants can apply on any working day in the next two weeks (till 22.05.2024). On (except Friday and gazetted holidays) from 10:00 am to 01:00 pm at Regional Passport Office, C.G. O. You can come to Building – 1, Kamla Nehru Nagar, Ghaziabad and meet the concerned officials in Room No. 239 to get your pending files resolved.

Agra, Aligarh, Baghpat, Bulandshahr, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Ghaziabad, Hapur, Hathras, Mathura, Meerut, Muzaffarnagar, Saharanpur and Shamli districts come under Ghaziabad Regional Passport Office, where passports are made.
