This decision of the central government will give relief to 62 lakh central pensioners. The Personal Department issued this order in a meeting with the Centralized Pension Processing Centers (CPPCs) of pension disbursing banks. The central government insisted that banks should consider this service as a welfare activity, because it is very important.

Service under Ease of Living

Explain that the pension pay slip is needed in the work related to the filing of income tax return, dearness allowance, dearness relief and DR with DA. The central government has said that the government will provide this service under the Ease of Living of the pensioners.

The government has told the banks that they can also take the help of social media tools like WhatsApp in this work. According to the order of the government, the pension slip should contain complete details of the monthly pension. If any tax is being deducted, then that too should be given in the slip.
