Deadline for submission of life certificate is over
To take advantage of the pension scheme, pensioners have to submit their survival certificate annually to the Central and State Government every year, but now the date for submission has expired and those who have missed They have gone, now they will not be able to deposit it. The last date for the submission of the annual life certificate for the persons receiving pension from the Central and State Government was 30 November 2022, in such a situation, those who have not been able to submit the life certificate or life certificate on time, their pension may also be stopped.
Know which pensioners do not need to worry?
It is noteworthy that even though the date for submission of life certificate has expired, there are some pensioners who do not need to worry because of this. If you have been working in the private sector and are pensioners of EPF ’95, then you do not need to worry about the release of the date in these two conditions.
1. Your pension started one year ago,
2. You submitted your last life certificate on or after December, 2021.
Along with this, these pensioners get another facility under which you can submit your life certificate whenever you want. According to the rules, whenever the pensioner submits his life certificate, its validity will remain only for one year, you just have to take care of the date of its expiry, so that you can submit a new certificate before that.
