Actually, to get pension, all the pensioners in the country have to submit life certificate every year so that their pension can continue. Government pensioners of Rajasthan will have to compulsorily submit the survival certificate to the concerned sub-treasury and district treasury by the end of November. Otherwise the pension for the month of November will not be paid. As per the orders of Directorate Pension Department Rajasthan, the date for submission of life certificate by the civil pensioner of Rajasthan state is from 1st November to 30th November 2023.
How to submit life certificate
Elderly or pensioners will have to submit the life certificate online to the pension department, for this they will have to go to the pension department’s website www.pension.rajasthan.gov.in or go to eMitra. The department is asking for life certificate. Information has to be filled.
In this, pensioner ID will have to be created and uploaded, after which authentication from Aadhaar number will have to be done through biometric machine through e-Mitra.
Jeevan Pramaan can be done on one’s own mobile through Face Authenticator through mobile app. It will be submitted in the prescribed format to the treasury, sub-treasury after getting it certified by a gazetted officer.
Big relief to Haryana pensioners also
Apart from Rajasthan, pensioners of Haryana have also been asked to submit life certificate by 30th November. The special thing is that retired employees from government departments of Haryana and pensioners taking family pension will now be able to submit life certificate through smart mobile phones. Apart from this, pensioners can also give their survival certificate online by putting their thumb impression at the nearest Atal Seva Kendra and Common Service Center (CSC).
All pensioners will have to submit their biometric life certificate by 30th November. The pensioner will have to download Aadhaar Face RD App and Jeevan Pramaan App from Google Play Store. With its help, life certificate can be given after completing the face authentication process. This facility is also being provided at home by all the post offices, for which a fixed fee has been provisioned. The Treasury and Accounts Department has issued instructions to all the treasury officers in this regard.
