EPFO: It is necessary for EPF subscribers to link Universal Account Number (UAN) with Aadhaar. Otherwise, you will not be able to withdraw PF money.
EPF Aadhaar linking: If you have not yet linked your EPF (Employee Provident Fund) account with Aadhaar, then do it soon, otherwise your company will not be able to make monthly contribution to EPF account. At the same time, you will not be able to withdraw PF money if needed. It is necessary for EPF subscribers to link Universal Account Number (UAN) with Aadhaar.

however, there is no need to worry too much for this, because Aadhaar with UAN can be linked in four ways sitting at home. First through member service portal, second through UMANG app, third through OTP verification on EPFO’s e-KYC portal and fourth through biometric credentials on EPFO’s e-KYC portal.
for this visit the EPFO Member e-SEWA’s portal https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/ . There login by entering UAN number and password. After that go to Manage tab and click on KYC. Here a new page will open. On Add KYC, enter your Aadhaar number and PAN number (PAN). Here you will see your details in the Pending KYC tab. From here EPFO will approve the linking, after which your Aadhaar information will come in the Approved KYC tab and thus your Aadhaar will be linked to EPF.

If you do not remember that you have done Aadhaar-UN linking (Aadhaar UAN linking), then it is also an easy way. First of all go to EPFO’s member service portal. There click on unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/. Here login to your account by entering UAN and password. After this click on the option given under the Manage tab. Under the Verified Documents tab, you will see the verified documents. If your Aadhaar number is showing as Approved, then you do not need to link UAN with Aadhaar. Explain that according to the rules of EPFO, the PF account of every account holder should have been linked to Aadhaar by 31 August 2021.
