Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for PGCIL will have to appear in the mentioned paper (shown as Code 55) of UGC NET December 2022 and score at least 40% in both the papers (i.e. Paper I and Paper II). % of total marks to be secured.
How will be the selection (Selection Process)
Under the selection process for these posts, the marks obtained in the UGC NET December 2022 in Labor Welfare / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labor and Social Welfare / Human Resource Management Paper (Paper Code 55) (out of 100) From) you have to score like marks to qualify. This will be followed by Group Discussion, Behavioral Assessment and Personal Interview.
Qualified candidates must have secured a minimum aggregate of 40% marks (relaxable up to 35% for reserved categories) in both the papers combined as per UGC NET norms of minimum marks in the notified paper (i.e. paper code 55) of UGC NET December 2022 Will happen. Will only be eligible to be considered for the next stage of selection subject to fulfilling the eligibility criteria laid down by POWERGRID.
