New Delhi: Digital payments platform PhonePe will double its total workforce across the country to 5,400 by December 2022. The company’s workforce currently stands at 2,600.
There are so many vacancies in the company
PhonePe on Tuesday said, “The company plans to hire around 2,800 people in various positions in Bengaluru, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi and other parts of the country over the next 12 months.”
Company paying more than the market rate
These appointments will be made in engineering, product, analysis, business development and sales team positions. The company claims that it has a low dropout rate as it offers its employees a salary package that is higher than the market standard. It also gives an opportunity to all employees to create wealth through Employee Share Ownership Scheme (ESOP).
