What is the function of PVC base?
PVC Aadhar card can be kept in your wallet like ATM card, office ID card or debit card. PVC Aadhar card has state-of-the-art security features, this PVC card is going to last for a long time. The same can be verified instantly by scanning the QR code in the new Aadhar card. Aadhar card comes with security features such as digitally signed secure QR code, hologram, ghost image, guilloche pattern etc.
Process to order PVC Aadhar card online:-
- To order PVC Aadhar Card, first type http// uidai.gov.in in the web browser.
- After that the option of Get Aadhar will appear on the main page of the Aadhar website, there will be a second option in get Aadhar Order Aadhar PVC Card, on clicking on it, a second page will open.
- Where three options will appear, the first option will be Aadhar Number, the second option will be Virtual ID, the third option will be Enrollment ID.
- PVC base can be ordered through these options. You can login through whichever of these three you have.
- If you login through Aadhaar number, then enter 12 digit Aadhaar number, after that fill the captcha code and submit it.
If you login to order with Virtual ID, then you have to login by entering your virtual ID and filling the captcha code. If the mobile number is not a registered number, then tick the option of my mobile number is not registered, below that you will get the option to fill the non-registered number, fill your mobile number and submit it.
- If you have Enrollment ID then you can login through it
- If your mobile number is not registered, then an option has been given below it, tick the option of my mobile number is not registered, below that you will get the option to fill the non-registered number and submit it by filling your mobile number.
- You can choose OTP or TOTP as per your convenience.
- After submitting the OTP, the option to make payment will come, 50 rupees will have to be paid. You can use TOTP through mAadhar.
- After completing this process, your PVC Aadhar card will reach your registered address via post in 15 days.
The only difference between Aadhar card registered and non registered mobile number is that on ordering from registered mobile number you will see a preview of the card you will get, if ordering from a non registered mobile number, the preview is not visible.
