Actually, the central government has approved the construction of more than 1 lakh houses under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana- Urban Mission. These houses will be built in 5 states of the country – Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Puducherry and Uttarakhand.
Durga Shanker Mishra, Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) discussed issues related to infrastructure and construction of houses in the states and union territories. During this, construction of 1.07 lakh houses has been approved.
Approval for construction of 1.14 crore houses
The ministry said that a total of 1.14 crore houses were approved for construction under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) Mission, out of which 53 lakh houses have been completed and delivered to the beneficiaries. An investment of Rs 7.52 crore has been made on this mission, of which Rs 1.85 crore has been provided by the central government. In which 1.14 lakh crore has been released by the central government.

>> After that enter the captcha code, verify and submit.
>> After submission, an application number will be displayed on your screen. Take a print out of it and save it.
